I just want to talk
about God
all all the time,
everywhere I go

Tonight,

I saw an older black man
standing inside my dorm
right before I was to bed

I asked what he was doing
here standing in my dorm
he said he was fixing a/c's.

I knew he was lying, and
I could only understand
every 3rd or 4th word he said.

But I talked with him
for a little over an hour (I think).
What an amazing interesting conversation.

We talked of politics and men,
Homelessness and leadership,
and generational stewardship.

I am amazed that I feel as if
he was to me a prophet,
speaking truth and destiny,

That I would be the next leader
of a new generation of leaders
in a nation charged to lead.

I was just so baffaled and yet
excited to realize that I am not really that
person; the governor, the man

Who will be a mover and a shaker
a peace-maker, politicial in mind
economic in stewardship;

But in all I will be about loving
People - my passion and my joy.
That is why Christ came, after all.

Politics and Economics - learning.
The way to have the greatest impact
is to have the ability to enact globally.

America is that power, and he who leads
Harnesses her incredible potential to
do great harm or great good.

Let's make sure that this nation
comes back to her sense, faith, and root,
and begins to change herself to be

The bride, spotless and pure, so that
she can take on the task of the world.
